Recipe with dates
This hot and dry fruit is not only used for eating raw, but also can be used to prepare all kinds of food and sweets. For example, see some of them.
Remove the seeds from the dates. Divide the dates into several parts and fry them in a little oil and butter along with chopped walnuts. After the date darkens a little and the texture becomes softer, break the eggs one by one into the pan and mix with a spoon, add enough salt and pepper and serve in a suitable dish with bread.
Wash the dates and remove their cores. Put some animal oil or butter in a non-stick dish and put the dish on medium heat. When the oil or butter starts to melt, fry the clean dates in the oil for 8-10 minutes, until the dates are soft and completely mixed together, forming a large, glossy mass. After the dates are ready, remove the date container from the flame and let the dates cool down.
Break the biscuits into medium pieces by hand (for example, divide each biscuit into four parts) and then add the crushed biscuit pieces to the dates and mix together. Now roll the whole mixture and put it in plastic sheets, then put it inside the aluminum foil and wrap the two sides of the aluminum foil in the opposite direction. Put these in the freezer. If it is hard and ready, take it out of the freezer and take it out of the foil. Place them on a plate and cut thin slices with a knife and eat.
